Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any relocation, vehicle transport, or storage service with Ankush Cargo Packers and Movers . By confirming a booking or signing our consignment note / bill of lading, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Booking & Quotations

• Quotations provided are based on the initial inventory list, distance, floor access, and specific packing requirements disclosed during inquiry or pre-move survey.
• Any additional items, extra stops, or unforeseen dismantling/hoisting requirements not included in the original quotation will be charged additionally as per prevailing rates.
• A nominal booking advance is required to confirm vehicle allocation and packing crew scheduling.

2. Prohibited & Restricted Items

For safety and legal compliance, Ankush Cargo Packers and Movers does NOT transport the following items under any circumstances:

• Cash, jewelry, precious gems, negotiable securities, bullion, or stamp collections.
• Flammable liquids, gas cylinders, fireworks, acids, explosives, or hazardous chemicals.
• Perishable food items, live plants, or illegal/contraband substances.

3. Transit Insurance & Liability

• Transit insurance is optional but strongly recommended for all interstate moves. Insurance coverage applies strictly to declared goods under the policy issued by our partnered underwriter.
• Ankush Cargo Packers and Movers is not liable for internal electronic or mechanical derangement of appliances (TVs, ACs, washing machines) unless external impact damage to the packaging is verified upon delivery.
• All claims regarding transit loss or physical damage must be documented on the delivery acknowledgement copy and notified in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Payment Terms

• Advance payment is due upon confirmation of the booking date.
• The remaining balance payment must be settled upon loading completion or prior to vehicle dispatch / unloading as specified in your agreement.
• Accepted payment modes include UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Direct Bank Transfer.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or date rescheduling made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled move date are processed with zero penalty. Rescheduling requested within 24 hours of the move date may incur nominal convenience charges to cover pre-allocated manpower and transport logistics.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes or legal proceedings arising out of the relocation contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the registered office city of Ankush Cargo Packers and Movers .
